Before you set out, think about where you might go. You can choose to wander, aim for a landmark, or map out a loop. And while you're out there, look around and listen. What do you see, what do you hear? |
Get bookish
This is especially good if you've started a book and can't wait to get back to it. It's also a good chunk of time to dive into a new book. If you've got other commitments, set a timer to be sure you don't get so absorbed in the story you forget to stop.
